Every order has been taken to either USPS or UPS at this time. We understand that some orders say they're still in "preshipment" but all of those orders have been dropped off. I spoke to USPS and they said some orders are taking 4-6 weeks to arrive because of the delays in the postal system from Covid-19 as well as the monumental holiday delays.
We're keeping an eye on all orders and will start traces as necessary. For all orders stating they're in "preshipment", we're going to our local post office to see what they can do. At this point, BKL knows how frustrated you are about this. Trust us, we are too. But if these orders are truly missing, we will send out replacements for what we can and refunds for what we can't so don't worry!
